A year ago when I started writing new Backroom Stereo music my intention was  to have a new EP out in January. As time went on I wrote and re-wrote songs, recorded and re-recorded and ended up with what will become ‘If You’re Gonna Fall In Love’.

IYGFIL is an album consisting of 8 new tracks, a hidden track and two bonus tracks making it 11 tracks in total. Some of the songs won’t be a surprise as over the last 7 months I’ve put out 3 singles, the rest are new. These 9 new songs are a mix of stories I’ve dreamt up whilst song writing, parts of my life and even the occasional song inspired by others. I’m really proud of IYGFIL and the story it tells as a whole and I hope you’ll enjoy it.

‘If You’re Gonna Fall In Love’ will be released digitally and on a limited edition run of CDs on the 5th August.
